I would probably go with chicken fettuccine and I would use the white cream sauce.
I like it with a sour cream and green chili sauce.
I prefer red sauce with my chicken and pasta meals, and cheese, lots of cheese.
Alfredo sauce ! Great with chicken and pasta of any kind.
