Definitely my kind of day! Have you ever had chocolate covered Himalayan salted almonds? They are delicious! And clam chowder....That really depends on who makes it. Some is just nasty, but others are delicious! Hmmmm....I wonder if I can talk the hubs into going out to dinner at the Lobster Pot?...Clam chowder, gator tail and JC St. Coquille sounds really good! The last one is lobster, scallops and shrimp baked a four cheese casserole. To.Die.For.

I like all sorts of chocolate, but not with anything that crunches when I eat it---like chocolate covered nuts.
