The most: Beautiful, warm, green all year round.
The least: Not always the most accepting place for a gay person coming of age.
Wouldn't have wanted to grow up anywhere else, though. The positives outweigh the negatives.

Most.... My sister was with me.
Worst..... It's where I was told my parents were spliting up.
Most: The mountains, the sparse population and the way of life.
Least: Ticks, rattlesnakes and copperheads.
Love most: That I'm not there, and most of the now worthless peasants who befouled my childhood still are.
Least: The months from Nov to March.
Most: Very safe environment for kids, multiple playgrounds and football and basketball field all 2 minutes from my house.
least: That we had to leave that place.
Well, when I was little my family was high-ish class so I guess the money? XD
Unfortunately I was a clueless 4 year old so I never got the chance to recognize/abuse my power :p
I guess that's what I like the least about it? Idk I guess not being spoiled is an upside
Most...................fields, animals, being on a farm, no close neighbours
Least.......hard work on the farm, old house
(now I wish I could go back in time)
the most? Oh i loved the free flow i grew up in ,t he amazing food, the freedom to go out with cousins anywhere, the fun and running here and there in the open veranda and enjoying so many things!
the least?it wasnt actually a suitable place for me to grow up in , it is and was filled with many unpleasant relatives and i am a bit happy that i moved out away with my parents!(thank God!)
