No, life is too short. You gotta pick and choose your battles. It's not even worth getting upset about. Sometimes it is just difficult to remember someone's birthday no matter how hard you try.

The only person who ever remembered my birthday was my wife. So I tend to remember each and everyones' birthday with a note or a card. It will get to the point when I will stop and see if anyone notices.
