I use Mr. Clean and a sink brush. Toilet brushes just don't seem to work too well.

I love the scrubbing bubbles fresh brush starter kit. It cleans the toilet and I don't have to get down and dirty with it!
I have used all of those mentioned plus once in a while I pour a can of Coke a Cola in the bowl and let it sit over night. You'd be surprised.
After cleaning the bowl with some of the products others list ... I drop a couple bleach tablets in the tank, every couple flushes. That seems to keep it clean, longer.
Well, I'm old fashion I still use my hands( with gloves).

(Stop throwing thing, please. I am kidding. I have no problem with cleaning bathrooms. I was a repairman for a manufacturing company when I was in college. My boss offered me the contract for cleaning the 2 restrooms at the local office. He also advised me how much to charge. No one could pass up that kind of money at that age.
I will admit she does frequently tend to get to them before I find it necessary to do so.)
One of those Lysol toilet bowl cleaners and a brush. When I was in college I shared a bathroom with three other guys and I was the only one who regularly cleaned the toilet. So I tried a few methods, but none worked as well as the Lysol.
