We went to a car show today and one of the guys said this car is "ol' faithful" he's had this car for over 35 years (racing it actually) and will never get rid of it. It's his baby! Lol!
What is the make of the one car you own/owned that you (no matter what) seemed to put money into it?
Our 2000 Ford Taurus (FORD: Fix Or Repair Daily). But to be fair, we drove it into the ground. It was practically rebuilt by the time we gave it to our daughter. Believe it or not, it's still chugging along.
Did somebody say car show? I went to one last Saturday. Most guys that go to car shows call their cars Their Babies. I have a red 1964 Corvette convertible and every penny I've spent on it, is well worth it.
My wife drove a 1991 Audi 5000 (I think that's the correct year). It was only a couple of years old when we bought it and it had low miles. Every time I'd turn around, it needed something......alternator, power window motor, etc. We had that car for about a year before dumping it.
69 Dodge Charger. They don't call it charger for no reason. Have a visa card and I was the charger.
77 dodge van
86 pontiac fiero i will never buy gm products again
When the two youngest kids started driving we had a Chevy S10 Blazer for an extra vehicle. What a POS!!! It definitely wasn't worth what I put into it.
