What is the most annoying question people ask you?

Are they by the same father?

Grrrrrr. Just because we have age gaps between our children people assume.

Are you busy?

First of all, I'm always busy. I'm never just sitting somewhere. Secondly, that usually means they want me to do something for them right now.

This doesn’t happen anymore, but when I was younger people thought I was pregnant because I carried weight in my stomach. They would always ask me When I was due? And I was even pregnant!!!  😂

Amusing anecdote:

When I retired 3 years ago, I frequently came down from my home office and took a break and sat in my recliner.

My wife works from home and would occasionally walk through the den.  She would ask conversationally, "Hi, What are you doing?"

I would reply, "Thinking."

After about six months, she still said "Hi": But she knew the answer to the question and realized I was telling the truth.

(This might give you some insight into the situation:  I once went up to a friend at work and began a sentence with, "You know how my mind works..."  He interrupted me and said, "No, no one knows how your mind works.")

Every time I go somewhere, people ask me how old my boyfiend is. Then when I tell them, they follow it up with "oh my gosh, thrat's so weird!!" It happened like 7 times last week..

Right after a forkful of food the waiter/ tess asks " How is everything ? "

~ I feel like answering " Great ! But do you know how to do the choke thrust ? "
