I am starting a book tonight. I received it as a parting gift from my friend who is moving away. It's called "Jesus Calling."
“The Trial of Henry Kissinger” by Christopher Hitchens.
The great Hitch lays bare the many crimes of Kissinger.
"Herbs and Apples" by Helen Hooven Santmyer. I'm not into it yet, but I loved her 1982 book, "And Ladies of the Club". I'm hoping this one will be comparable (although written in 1925).
The indifferent stars above by Daniel James Brown and The Last Castle by Denise Kieanan.
The Skinny on the Art of Persuasion by Jim Randel.
Short, fun but functional.
