I don't know about bad. But maybe unreliable or lazy.

If you never go to work you're not a bad guy, you'd be a loser that's going to end up living with your parents for the rest of your life.

Without a serious medical issue causing the absenteeism, yes. You constantly let your employer and coworkers down. They are constantly picking up your slack. It is rude and inconsiderate.
Possibly just unemployed...or retired?
