True friends are there for you through thick and thin. They know your deep dark secrets, and they love you anyway. I’ve only had one true friend in my life. She passed away in 2014. I sure do miss her.  :(

Acquaintances are people you meet, say “Hi” to, know a little about.
True friends are people you trust, know well, and would do anything for.

True friends are there for you through high and h*ll water ., Acquaintances they come and go , they don't care about you.

True friends do care and they are there for you no matter what time of the day , no matter where your at they worry about you.

True friends love you,  warts and all. You can disagree on some important issues, but they stick with and by you no matter.

Acquaintances, you know enough to say hello to and talk about the weather.  You don't expect them to be there for you in  time of need.
