When you were a kid (or if you're still a kid) what did you want to be when you stopped growing? Did you change your mind or did you follow the dream?

I wanted to be a train engineer, but then they switched from steam to diesel, not nearly as glamourous in my eyes so I changed my mind.

My mind was changed for me Didge.

Cowboy--allergies to dust.
Astronaut--eyes not good enough.
Rock star--can't sing a note.
Porn star--figure that out yourself.

I wanted to be a Jet plane pilot ! But my Uncle taught me to fly prop planes when I was 15 and I fell in love with the rush of flying those single seat planes. So many good memories!

I never wanted to grow up. So far, so good!

I wanted to be a Scientist with NASA.

Super super big dreams for a county gal hick, I have no idea why, I would want to be a NASA Scientist.

Space the Final  Frontier....

I wanted to be a singer or a professional guitarist. I'm studying for an engineering degree now.

Well I know what I never wanted to be..... A COOK!

I wanted to be in the medical field. I did get to be a certified medical assistant but my first boss scared me off and I never went back. However I still had my knowledge and I continue to educate myself so it comes in handy with my life now.

I fully expected to be Superman. Apart from the black hair, the muscles, the silly clothes, the ability to fly, the xray vision, I managed it.

I wanted to be a hi dollar female call girl. But being male it didnt go

I wanted to be a vet or work with animals 

And, no .. I never did fulfil that dream, just wasn't  in the cards for me.
