I'm probably going to upset some people, but yes. I have two Whitetail Buck shoulder mounts. My late father's 10 point from 1977. And my 12 point from 1980.
Do you have taxidermy in your home?
No!
Not anymore. I caught a 100-lb sword fish in Manzanillo and had it mounted after sending the meat across the bay to an orphanage. But it got damaged during a move.
I do not. That stuff creeps me out.
A friend of the family had her cat preserved by a taxidermist.
(I have never been able to fully wrap my mind around that.)
