HA!!!! I'd like to see him try and make me work 18 hours a day I'd be kickin his butt up one side and down the other. :)

There’s no way I would work 18 hrs. A day. I’d find another job.
Work somewhere else.
Force him to find a replacement for me.
Jeez - for a few years I did that without being forced. Silly me, I guess.
It's not even legal in my state. I wouldn't have the stamina for it, and would have to refuse. If I got fired for it, I would report the employer ... And possibly sue if I couldn't get back to work right away.
I'd quit.
