All triangles, no matter the kind, has three edges.
"Icosikaihenagon" is a proper denomination for a 21-sided polygon, according to Wikipedia (see Polygon).
However, I doubt that even a well-read mathematician would understand precisely what this word is referring to (apart perhaps if the said mathematician is Greek).
"21-gon" would be a much more intelligible designation.
There are infinitely many polygons which have this property. The easiest to think of is a right triangle. But there are also quadrilaterals, pentagons, etc., that can be constructed that have this property.
Far too many important people are quadrilateral. I've known quadrilateral politicans, clergymen,, community leaders, fellow workers, even neighbours and relatives.
And, no, I'm not leaving myself out. There are even people who call me quadrilateral.
I don't mind, of course. Sometimes it's cool to be square.
First lets define quadrilateral.
In Euclidean plane geometry, a quadrilateral is a polygon with four edges (or sides) and four vertices or corners.
In other words and square, rectangle, parallelogram, and rhombus. So If you are painting a room you will need to know the area of four quadrilaterals so you can buy the right amount … Read more
Oh man, they rank right up there with polygons, ellipses and spheroids.
*our* on second 'are' ..... Isn't it ironic I "*"'d at you since I've no idea what that "q" word you asked about means? So I guess that "Q" word isn't important in my life at all then .... Cos I said so ;)
