Yes, the cat and dog get Christmas presents.
Dear Roy Roy,
Always...whatever household I am part of, the pets always share in the celebrations. And since I myself don't usually have pets, I may get presents for friends' pets.

Here is the story of Jasmine's last birthday:
Jasmine is a cat of absolutely impeccable breeding and purebred bloodline, 100% alley cat. She is also a working kitty, providing emotional support for my downstairs neighbor Nancy.
This past summer Nancy had the chance to buy a travel trailer for a song, still an investment on limited income. And then for Jasmine's fifth birthday, they went camping! For two weeks - Jazzy for the first time in her life was learning to climb a tree, chase leaves and all the other jungle mysteries. (Although being quite fastidious, she always asked to come indoors for her litter box.)
Anyway, a good time was had by all, truly a birthday celebration to remember.
Yep! My dogs have their own Christmas stockings. And since Skully is a rescue he gets a "Gotcha day" gift too.
Well, no. Mrs Didge and I don't even give each other Christmas or birthday presents. (It was different when the kids were small so that they could join in the festivities.)
But we always make sure Zoe (she's the dog, not the missus) gets a special treat for Christmas lunch.
And if she's still with us in January we'll definitely celebrate her birthday. She'll be 17 then and that's a phenomenal age for a dog. So far she seems likely to make it.

Yes, I do. For her birthday, she gets a new Nylabone and 1/2 of a cupcake (I eat the other 2 1/2 in the cupcake pack). For Christmas, I take her to PetSmart and let her pick out her own gift, usually a toy that she can destroy in minutes.
Yep, when I had my husky, I'd wrap presents for her and put milkbones inside the wrapper and watch her unwrap her stuff, soooo cute!
I give my guinea pigs an extra carrot on Easter and Christmas. I'd give them one for their birthday, but I don't even know when that is.
Made the mistake of getting our cat one that smelled of catnip one year. Put it undeer the tree, and in the moring he had already opened it and was tossing it about. I should mention that he was an addict.
