A walk through nature.
My grandkids, a shower and coffee.
Pepperoni pizza.

Prayer
I was going to say a walk through nature as well, or biking through the woods. I never feel more alive than when I'm out in nature. I feel completely renewed after coming back from a good outdoor exercise.
A walk in the woods, and through the park.
A nice soak in the tub.
Helping someone.
Hiking.
Loving on my sidekick kitty. She reminds me that it's going to be okay.
Getting a good, solid night's sleep naturally without taking any over the counter medications (which makes me groggy the next day) is what rejuvenates me. I wish it happened more often!

A vacation in the mountains. On a short-term basis, a nice dinner out will do the trick. :)
A cold shower on a hot day works wonders.
I haven't tried Otis's shine yet but he may well have discovered the elixir of youth.
Talking and whistling to my parrots :)
Air, Food, Sleep, and Sun.
Reading an inspirational story or book can do it for me when I feel discouraged.
Also, sunsets remind me of when I was living at home and counting the days until I could move out. Each sunset got me closer to that day.

Actually, almost anything when I need a break from what I'm doing.
I'm pretty flexible.
lets see hmm sleep shopping writing and coffee.
