Bees are chill, I just continue what I'm doing.

Now a wasp, on the other hand, I get the hell out of there.

I try to get it to land on my hand.

Some times they do and then fly away.

See yourself thru a bees eye's.

I'm not afraid of bees, but if I can tell it's a yellowjacket then I will GTFO of there. They are aggressive.

I run like a looney, which isn't good because they follow your slip stream, plus bee's are less likely to sting than wasps, but I never stop to check if it's a bee or wasp, if it's buzzing I run.

However, if it lands on me, I stand as still as a statue.

I was once told that if you breath on them they will simply fly off.  A workman was at my place once sorting out my loft insulation and a bee landed on him.  I told him to stand still and I blew on his shirt...then I blew again, and again, but no, I just ended up looking like some weird woman blowing on a his shirt.  Yep, don't listen to that advise like I did.
