Yes, my brothers name is Joe, and my dad's name is Joe, short for Joseph. I have no idea what paella is.

I love "paella", It is a "one pot" Spanish (as in Spain) rice dish that usually is fish. It has a counter part that is all meats, and yet another that is all chicken, fantastic stuff.

I know lots of Joe's, and I'd love to try paella .... So I'll tag along today. :)
