I make a great egg salad sandwich.
Creamy chicken salad, with tomato, lettuce, bacon on toasted wheat bread.
I have a few, this is mine at this time. It will change come fall.
Fresh whole wheat bread, spread with whipped cream cheese, thinly sliced smoked turkey, thin cucumber, sprouts, and avocado. Piled so high that you have to smoosh it down. A bag of chips and a bottle of ginger beer. Done.
Sandwiches aren't hard to get right for me. All I need:
Toasted sourdough, dijon mustard, salami, red onions, bell peppers, pepperoncini, some salt, pepper, and lettuce. Simple, but perfect. No cheese please :D
I agree with Hippy, it already exists. Blackened Grouper with red onion slaw, pickles, tomato, a slice of prosciutto and pepperjack cheese on a Kaiser roll.

Hi there! I will have chicken curry with salad and Indian bread! My mother makes it traditionally and I am pretty sure that the dish is better than what’s served in many restaurants around the country. I actually hate roasted food, as this cooking method drains all the nutrition that’s in the food.

Well, it was so hot here today I went for a cool lunch.
He had tuna salad, I had salmon salad.
To go with that was: Deviled eggs, crackers , chips, all kinds of fruit.
It was over 100 here today...
