We had an 8th grade graduation, yeah. It was fun. I got a Principal's Distinction award for straight-A's. There were some student speakers too. I just think it's a nice thing to do even if it's not as important of a milestone as high school graduation.
All of my kids only had a high school graduation. There were no other ceremonies in any other grades.
Only ones were high school and college, and I didn't go to my college one because I was moving.
Yes, my children had graduation ceremonies for graduating from junior high. It was a smaller ceremony with gowns and no caps. Afterward they had a small reception hosted by the 7th grade parents, and then they went to a dance at the country club. It was low key but really cute. They got to say goodbye to friends that they had been in school with since kindergarten, since most were separating to go to different high schools.
No. Only high school. My daughter had a college graduation ceremony also. Nowadays my grandchildren are having preschool and kindergarten graduation ceremonies.
Personally I did not have middle school. First to eight then High School. Same holds true for my children except for one who is now in the fourth grade. His designated middle school does have a full blown graduation ceremony.
Nope.
Though at the end of each year, there were class award ceremonies.
Only high school these days their is graduation for each grade level it is crazy
I did. When I was in junior high, the 7th and 8th grade was in a separate building. When we passed 8th grade, we had a graduation and a dance.
Only high school!
