I usually don't eat lunch, but what I like to do is just sit and look at it raining. Eating during that is a distraction.

A big bowl of piping hot tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. That'll warm me right up.
Wife is making chicken enchiladas for us. She likes them spicy, so they will warm us up in more ways than one.
Fajita Nachos with lots of Jalapenos and beer to keep the resulting heat under control.
It's cold and rainy here too and today I'm having minestrone soup in a bread bowl for lunch :)

We had the coldest spot in the nation is morning at 36 degrees BELOW zero. To me a good lunch would be a bowl of Green Chili, and a couple of tortillas! I can make some great green chili!, warms you up but dosent set you on fire!
I like a pot of butter beans with ham and corn bread.
I made myself some beef stew but chili would be good too.
