Are you overweight, underweight, or just right?
I tend to be slightly overweight or on the high side of healthy weight.
Abt 100 lbs over
I'm about 10-15 pounds overweight and I'm working on that now.
I just lost 30 lbs. I'm thin to average.
I'm overweight by about 20 pounds. That usually happens to me this time of year through the holidays. Then I lose it through Spring and Summer.
I'm over right now because of Thyroid medicine.
Once I loose 15 pounds, than I'll be at my comfortable weight .
I'm almost underweight. Technically I'm on the low end of normal weight. But I'm pretty freakin' skinny... D:
Based on my height, and age . . . I am "clinically" classified as overweight.
Now having said that, even if I had 10% body fat and lots of dense lean muscle . . . If my weight was still too high for my Height and Age . . . Most Electronic Medical Records still classify that as "Clinically Overweight".
