I like my pickles warm so I leave them on the counter but only of I'm gonna eat them with in a week or two. Then I will put them in the fridge.

Well, usually keeping your pickles in the fridge is not a
must. They will not get spoiled for quite some time even if you leave them
outside. However, I prefer refrigerating mine because sometimes, I may forget
to eat them! So it is best to be cautious than to waste anything.
