The reason Trump tried to get rid of the government subsidies, is because they were unConstitutional.  Without those, the FULL price of premiums would fall on consumers - and the poor would not be able to afford the insurance.

My rule of thumb when handing out candy ... The older you are (or look), the better I expect your costume to be.  Little kids can get away with cheap costumes ... But at 17, I would expect you to have spent at least a couple hours getting your costume and makeup ready.

You’re 17, AND trick-or-treating? AND you plan to again next year? Really? Wonder why costumes don’t fit anymore?

Personally, I hope you reconsider, maybe to re-evaluate the maturity of this idea.
