I didn't have any leftovers, but I did take the cranberry sauce. I just ate it right out of the can.
I only do unusual things with the left over reddi whip yin :pppp
I clone the original turkey dinner as many times as I can.
I always make a pot of turkey noodle soup. (I still some for today's lunch.) A few times I've made turkey pot pie.

I save the dark meat (freezer) and in a few weeks it so I will make a frittata for dinner using that meat.
I usually make turkey croquettes with leftover meat.
No one in my family will eat dark meat, so after removing both breasts the turkey goes into the trash, or to the animals. Although, sometimes I'll make turkey broth with the rest of the carcass. We've tried to just cook a breast but it's not the same.
